Draft process: to be confirmed against how you actually operate

  1. Sourcing

    We review your specification, volume and destination, then identify the producing regions and seasons that can meet it.

  2. Supplier selection

    Supply partners are shortlisted on product quality, volume capacity, packing capability and export experience, and terms are confirmed before the order.

  3. Quality inspection

    Product is checked against the agreed specification, including size, appearance, firmness and visible defects.

  4. Sorting & packing

    Garlic is graded to the agreed size and packed in the agreed format, weight and labelling.

  5. Export documentation

    We coordinate the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate and other documents your market requires.

  6. Container loading

    Loading is coordinated with the supplier and forwarder. Container type and temperature settings are agreed before booking.

  7. International shipping

    Shipment is booked and followed through to the destination port on the agreed Incoterm, such as FOB, CFR or CIF.
